Visitor Parking Permits

Visitor parking permits are needed for campus activities Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:30p.m. After 4:30 p.m., on weekdays, and during weekends and administrative holidays (when administrative offices are closed), students and employees may park in any designated Faculty/Staff or Student Parking space.

Visitor parking permits are available at the Parking Office (Building #68) located at 132 Stout Drive.

From University Parkway, turn into campus at Stout Drive. There is a drive through window where you can obtain a temporary parking permit. In addition, visitors may call 423-439-5650 or e-mail parking@etsu.edu to receive permits. Visitors to campus are not charged a fee for parking.

Visitor parking permits may be acquired online through Parking Services. Login as Guest to provide information. The permit will be issued via e-mail.

Handicapped Parking

From State of Franklin Road, turn onto Harris Drive (next to the Bank of Tennessee). Handicapped parking (limited parking spaces available) will be on the right just after the bank, near the northwest corner of the Martin Center. Please follow signs for facility entrance at the front of the building.

Additional handicapped parking is located in each parking garage. See below for more information.

ETSU Garage

To park in the ETSU parking garage, turn onto Jack Vest Drive from State of Franklin Road (across from the VA campus entrance). The parking garage is on the left. Please use crosswalk at State of Franklin and Harris Drive to cross the street.

Millennium Center Garage

To park in the Millennium Center parking garage, turn onto Millennium Blvd, then turn left onto Millennium Place. The parking garage will be down on the right. Levels 3-6 are designated for ETSU/Millennium Center visitors.

Visitor parking permit required Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:30p.m.

Upper levels of the Millennium Center parking garage are closed from 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. daily and on weekends except for special events.

Levels 1-2, including the ramp between levels 2 & 3, are reserved for Carnegie Hotel patrons only.
